Because our warehouse team works diligently to get orders on their way to you asap, we are unable to guarantee that we can make any changes or cancel orders once they have been confirmed.

Please email our team at hello@rozhair.com with your cancellation request as soon as possible.

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed and passed off to the carrier. However, you can always request a return once your order arrives.
