Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products. However, we offer free returns within 14 days of receipt for unused or gently used products.

To initiate a return, please email hello@rozhair.com with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return. We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse returns to anyone who may misuse or abuse the policy.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Products purchased from authorized retailers outside of rozhair.com are not eligible for return through us and must be handled directly with the retailer.
