I can't get my Foundation Shampoo or Conditioner pump to work. What do I do?

We’re so sorry our pumps are giving you trouble. Sharing a little trick!

Please first tighten the pump around the neck of the bottle. As if you are simply tightening the pump, as if it’s too loose. Then push down on the top of the pump and twist counterclockwise to pop up. Here’s a quick video that might help:
