From day one, we’ve designed for the last pump as carefully as the first — refillable formats, recyclable materials, and a take-back program for the small components most curbside systems can’t handle.

What can I recycle, and where?

Please rinse and dry your empties before recycling. Then:

Glass bottles

Milk, Santa Lucia, Willow Glen. Accepted at home curbside, and at Pact.

Aluminum bottles & tubes

Foundation Shampoo, Foundation Conditioner, Air Thickening Spray, Foundation Mask, Evergreen Style Cream. Accepted at home curbside, and at Pact.

Pumps, droppers & sprays

The pump components from Root Lift Spray, Milk, Santa Lucia, Willow Glen, Foundation Shampoo and Conditioner, Air Thickening Spray, plus droppers and applicators. These aren’t accepted by curbside programs — please send them to Pact instead.

Refill pouches & sample sachets

The flexible packaging from ROZ refills and product samples. Pact only.

Prep your empties first

A quick rinse goes a long way. Packaging needs to be clean and dry before it’s recycled — think of it as giving your empties a proper send-off. Pact has a quick guide on how to prep your products.

What happens to my empties?

Pact gives every material the best possible second life:

• Recycled into new beauty packaging
• Down-cycled into materials like composite decking
• Molecularly recycled and rebuilt into something entirely new
• Waste-to-energy or waste-to-concrete for items that can’t be repurposed any other way

Can I send empties from other brands?

Yes. The mail-back program accepts beauty empties from any brand. Every little bit helps.
